In the winter of 2011, Eric Norcross was retained by the
very talented Kramer Daniels, who was in the process of
recording his new album. After being summoned to
Avatar Studios (The Power Station) in New York City,
Eric spent a few hours shooting this video, utilizing the
studio's playback system for the lip-sync.
To achieve the illusion of having multiple cameras, we
basically shot Kramer lip-syncing to the song over and
over again from many different angles. In editing, Eric
laid each take over one another in the time line and
used a "roll back/forward" technique to achieve the
accurate cuts you see here.
This music video was nominated, by an outside party,
for a 2012 Telly Award. Results are pending.
