The most efficient and ultimately effective productions are those that are coordinated by the people who know what has
to happen and when. People who understand who's who, what each person has to achieve and therefore can
communicate accurate and timely information. Unfortunately this doesn't always happen. All too often we're retained to
salvage a production that is going to miss its deadline or the freelance staff that was hired were expected to perform
duties that they're not qualified to do. This is where we come in.
There are a lot of people involved in the process. From the second a script or production plan is approved, the route to
disaster is as easy as a simple mis-communication. Coordinating between creative staff, production support and the
recipients requires a staff of professionals who have backgrounds in all the primary areas: film & video production and
post-production, animation, graphic design & printing, web design and broadcast as well as marketing &
communication.
When it all comes together, it comes together because of great coordination and understanding of what needs to be
done and by who.
