1. Policy Coverage
This privacy statement applies to Norcross Media, LLC of
New York, its business consultants, legal representatives,
partner companies and related subsidiaries. This statement
also applies to all of our products, materials, websites,
broadcasts and internetcasts.
This policy may not apply to specific products or programs
where specifics of this policy may be irrelevant. If an altered
policy is required for a specific program, the client will be
notified during the initial consultation.
This website may provide links to third-party websites for
your convenience. If you access those links, you may be
accessing sites that Norcross Media does not control and
therefore you may be under a different privacy policy. The
personal data you choose to provide to "exterior sites" are
not covered by the Norcross Media Privacy Policy.
Norcross Media always encourages our clients and any
member of the public to review the Privacy Policies of all
websites where your personal information will be submitted.
2. Personal Information
Norcross Media, LLC has a strict policy requiring the
archiving of all correspondence sent to us through our online
forms, e-mails or posted items. Information submitted in said
correspondence will be kept for a period of 1 year and then
deleted/destroyed unless the following apply:
- Correspondence deals with a past, present or future
project.
- Correspondence deals with a past, present or future
client.
- Correspondence may lead to a future client.
- Correspondence is a legal matter.
- Correspondence involves an outside authority or is in
relation to a dispute of some sort.
Correspondence that includes personal or sensitive
information will be kept in the executive archives at our
corporate office. These archives are only accessed by the
top three people responsible for the operation of Norcross
Media, LLC: Chief Executive, President and Company
Secretary.
Norcross Media may collect information from outside sources
that we feel are credible. In this case, we will treat incoming
information in accordance with the rules of information sent
to us through general correspondence.
3. Use/Share/Access of Information
Norcross Media, LLC uses all information to help us serve our
clients to the best our resources, knowledge, talent and
circumstances allow.
Company and Personal Information may be used for billing
purposes. Said information may also be used for delivery of
product, correspondence, information delivery or to discuss any
issues relating to a previous correspondence or past, present or
future project.
Norcross Media, LLC does not share information with outside
companies or organizations 'nor do we sell said information.
However, some information may be passed onto our
subsidiaries, legal representatives, business consultants or
partners for the purpose of serving the client.
We may use said information to participate in marketing initiatives
for the purpose of improving our goods and services and may
transfer your information to the appropriate department within
Norcross Media. Departments, whether they exist or have yet
to exist, must operate under the same Privacy Policy.
